VIRTUAL SUSHI
Sure I am eating everyday, sometimes good food, other times not so good food, but I have to admit that I do not know a lot about eating. Most of the time, I just chew down all the food I see in the speed of light and often do not remember what I just ate.
Eating is just as much of an art form as cooking; chefs spend their time preparing the food (or their piece of art). I believe we should spend more time in appreciating the food than just devouring of it all at once. I am especially inspired by Japanese cuisine. The food is always prepared articulately; not only it will fill your stomach, but your vision as well.
Therefore, I want to devote my final project to educating people about the sushi etiquette. It is also the extension of my online instruction project. I want to educate people about eating Japanese food - what are you eating and how to eat it. I introduce sushi and maki because I found that most chefs prepare them artistically; moreover, they are the most common Japanese cuisine in the American market.
