I actually animated this piece by doing a frame by frame printscreen of a quicktime video and then doing some tedious pasting into a many layered photoshop image.

BECAUSE IT'S ALIVE
I could have just put two pictures together, but I felt that making the cell animated and dividing reenforced the idea much more strongly that this is something alive and growing inside.
