On December 3, The Contemporary Conflict Institute will hold its inaugural "Speculative Technologies Research 2009" holiday gala and exhibition in the West Hall gallery on the campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

The public is invited to learn first-hand about the Contemporary Conflict Institute's research and development efforts over the year 2009. The evening will feature three interactive prototypes of the Institute's most recent DARPA solicitation investigations. Rob Ray, Director of the Contemporary Conflict Institute, will be on hand to answer questions and serve holiday cheer.

The Contemporary Conflict Institute's exhibition and Request for Coffee afternoon cafe and reading room will be open weekdays from 1PM to 4PM through December 10th. Free coffee and refreshments will be served.
